In addition to providing every member with the opportunity to add a more detailed profile for over half a million surfing consumers, event bookers, casting directors every month.

A SuperTED profile allows all industry members to create a comprehensive online webpage to showcase their business be it a Venue for event hire, a performance or service. Previous bookers are able to write secure reviews that can assist future consumers to make an informed decision when booking.  

Unlike all other entertainment directories, SuperTED offers everyone the opportunity to receive free local enquiries with a completely free listing and will never display personal contact information anywhere to protect our members from cold calling, spam or phishing.

The top listing positions of profiles go to the companies that have the best ratings based on reviews and recommendations. Recommendations can only come from other industry professionals’ who can also be added to SuperTED.com, which combined with reviews from previous bookers generates an average score and position for the member profile within each category. I work as a singer and with two bands, How much will it cost to register my service?

It's absolutely FREE to register as a singer or as any other entertainer on SuperTED.com. The FREE account enables you to receive enquiries by email only.

 

You can add text credits, include additional services such as; the type of band you perform with or the style of singer at any time. Increasing the number of areas you travel to for work shall allow for more enquires to be matched to your details. Services and Areas are registered for the term of your account and cost £1.00 per year each. Text Credits can be purchased any time and will carry over until expired.

Choose the correct package first to suit the services you provide and the areas you travel to for work to save money. Refunds are NOT available other than in extreme circumstances.

I run a three-piece rock and roll band based in Manchester, we travel all over England but my listing only shows me as a three piece band in Manchester?

Our Local Search is aimed at sourcing immediate action from those based locally to the customer, providing a vital solution to last minute bookings and no shows. Explain your travel information on your profile, there’s no point in sending you an instant text message enquiry for tonight from but the other side of the world!

 

SuperTED recommends that: -

• You select every business service type you offer, or those that your business could be described as, don’t miss out by; “I didn’t know you did that?”
• Ensure you check through other categories for service types stored under different headings.
• Only select your local areas, adjacent or areas you could travel to that same day to perform your service.

Do I have to register to place a job enquiry on the Booking Board?

You don’t have to register to add a Local Search to the Booking Board. Enquiries added to the Bookings Board from non-registered visitors allows three additional members from any area to reply.

 

However by registering as a USER first, you can add more information to your vacancy, you become a trusted source, known as a USER, you can follow, review members, receive status updates and select up to 10 replies or quotes, which helps to receive replies from the best venues, performers and services.

How can I be contacted by text message?

Simply increase your credits. At anytime login to your account and bolt-on text credits. The more you buy the cheaper they are!

Can I be searched for or contacted in more than one area?

YES, After registering your main area, known as (your home area) you may add as many other areas as you wish, search results matching your service and locations will be sent directly to you by text* and email.

How much will I be charged to register other surrounding areas?

Each additional area/location will costs £2.00.

Why should I register, I advertise in many directories?

Do I pay commission for the bookings I receive?

NO! SuperTED.com is NOT an agency. You contact the client direct to sell your service. You may consider increasing your fee if your not going via an agent on this occasion?

Are my personal details available online or displayed in search results?

NO! SuperTED.com is not a directory, your information remains strictly confidential. You can choose to display basic information about your act or service by taking a profile link profile. Your information is not used by any third party, you would be consulted prior to any use of your information outside of SuperTED.com

What is a Profile Link?

You can link your current media, website or details to SuperTED.com by including a link in your account, adding information about your act or service. A profile link helps to increase your Search Engine Optimisation as well as displaying a random circle of information on SuperTED.com to matching searches.

Who should register as a USER?

Anyone looking to book entertainers, musicians, venues or services or has job vacancies in the entertainment, event, arts and leisure industries. This includes but is not limited to: Agents, Managers, Venues, Media Companies, Theatre Companies, Professional Bands, Leisure/Theme Parks, Holiday Centres, Party Organisers, Event Managers, Wedding Planners, etc. Some of whom may wish to register as a MEMBER to actively promote their business with a SuperTED profile and match local enquires via the categories and services selected on their MEMBER account.

Employers, Bookers or Casting Directors - Why Register as a user?

Employers should register as a USER if you would like to be able to place detailed ads for job vacancies, place auditions or receive quotes for an event or entertainment service. In addition a USER can follow MEMBER updates, become a fan, receive event or special offer notifications, write reviews and comments.  SuperTED booking board area has been set up to allow the posting of auditions, castings, jobs or event services. Any posting should be for the purpose of securing a quote for a fee paying job, casting or service. No other type of ad or posting is allowed and replies must not be appended to the ads on the booking board.

When NOT to register as a USER

Please do NOT register as a USER if you are looking for work or employment in the event or entertainment industry. Please do NOT register as a USER to advertise your availability or if you are looking to recruit others to join you in a NEW band or project. If so this is the wrong area for you, please register as a MEMBER and start promoting your business online with SuperTED today!

What is the bookings board?

Every job ad will carry contact information for you to reply, (Either Phone, Fax, Email or Postal Address) if the add comes from a registered USER (trusted source) you will need to exchange an amount of credits for their contact information. However many enquires are received from visitors searching the web for suppliers for a one off event and don’t wish to register as a SuperTED USER.

 

These enquiries can be downloaded without credit as long as you have the matching service on your account. USER information received when registering is not published or passed on and remains hidden from visitors, users or members of SuperTED. Contact information is used only to help us verify that ads are coming from genuine sources for fee paying job vacancies, auditions or services.
